Partnered up with Builder on this one. We broke the kettlebell swings and burpees into sets of 13, then 12. Toes-to-bar in sets of 15. Wall balls went 10s for the first 40, then 60 unbroken to finish.
The 135 snatch sitting in the middle—when you're already gassed from burpees and toes-to-bar—went unbroken. That's the move that separates the grind from the win.
