With Builder, we won with 2623. Strategy was 500 on the row to begin with then we did Builder did 20 wall balls, 30 wall balls and I did 15 I did 20 and then 15 15, 1010 then on the box jump Builder at 30 inch box jumps 20 inch box jumps basically broke those up into tens. The bike was broken up into 15 on the bike And then burpee pull-ups. We started doing one one but then changed after number 10 changed to sets of five each which was faster and finished up with 100 intervals on the rowing machine.
