I backed off the weights this morning from 95 to 75. I have been doing that a little bit because I’ve been so tired lately that I thought maybe lighter weights would help with that. I pushed hard on this one. I was a little winded on the thousand meter row for some reason but then I did 26 overhead squats Then made it to 40 and finished with 10 on 75 then 25 Burpee‘s unbroken for a score of eight minutes 30 seconds which is 15 seconds or so faster than last time in 2015 with 95 pounds. I feel like I could’ve done it with 95 pounds this morning But broke down and went at 75.
