This is a great workout and great format. I should do this more often with different movements. I liked the fast low reps although I went out way too fast and did 2 rounds without taking my hands off the bar. A good workout would be how many rounds unbroken you could do or how many rounds in something like 2 minutes where you try to redline it. I redlined on 2 rounds, broke, then did 2 more rounds and then did rounds one at a time. Another option for this would be a You go-I go format where you alternated rounds of this for 10 min or so like our Bear complex workout that we do.

Did not perform pistols...regular squats. Left knee with sharp pain above and outside kneecap. 2nd time Ive felt it. Backed off Tired this week
