Light weights today. I've got a back injury that's been affecting my sciatic nerve—much better than a week ago, but I'm being careful. Tomorrow Chad Eslinger has a tough workout planned, and I want to be ready for that and good for Christmas.
Started with the Mike Holland warm-up flow with breathing, then hit the lifting and workout. Everyone else was going with 50s or 35s on the devil press. Movement is medicine—instead of skipping the weightlifting entirely, I go light with full range of motion and see great improvement.
Steen led the Closing Circle with Leave It Here—we go around and say what we're discarding because it no longer serves us. Then we go around again and nominate men for extra effort. Today it was a shared belt between Trey and Josh. Congrats guys.
