  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (53 lbs)

  • 20 Hand-Release Push-ups

  • 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Had to poop in 3rd round. Cost some time. Very hard.
15 one side then 15 other. Some rounds I did 5/5/10/10, so I did 10/10/5/5.
So I did three sets of five on each arm.
