Strength & Conditioning Focus:
Partner WOD – Row & Rep Challenge

Workout Structure:

  • Buy-in: 1k Row

  • Main Circuit: 100 reps each (split sets as needed)

    • Wallballs (M: 20 lb / 10 ft target | F: 14 lb / 9 ft target)

    • Bike

    • Box Jumps (M: 24 in / F: 20 in, step down required)

    • Burpees

  • Cash-out: 1k Row
    One partner working at a time, must complete movements in order without partitioning.

Notes:

  • Reps/rows can be split creatively (e.g., 15 per set for wallballs/bike, 10 per set for box jumps/burpees).

  • If done solo, cut reps and row distances in half – still a challenging, full-body workout.

Overall focus: High-intensity partner endurance, coordination, and functional strength. Combines rowing, explosive lower-body power, and full-body conditioning.
