Strength & Conditioning Focus:
Standard Deck of Cards – Bodyweight Circuit with Weighted Vest:

  • Push-ups

  • Burpees

  • Standard Sit-ups

  • Air Squats
    Completed 32 minutes Rx'd with a 30 lb weight vest. Full-body endurance, strength, and conditioning.

🎉 Special Notes:
Birthday workout – solo session, focused on pushing limits and celebrating with a challenging deck of cards format.

🌐 Community:
Competed on the World Leaderboard – tracked performance against global participants.

Overall focus: Bodyweight endurance with added resistance, testing cardiovascular and muscular stamina while maintaining consistent pacing through a deck-of-cards format.
