A little better moved a little faster stayed more consistent. I need to get it back to 76. Looking at this after the fact, I thought my best score was 76 which seems impossible, but it is actually 70. I feel much better about being only 11 reps short of my best ever and that feels like I could get back close to that. I’m sure I could get four or five more than I did today which would be much closer to where I was. The weight is coming down from 191 to 185 already simply by cutting back on carbs and volume.
