I haven't done this 3 minute burpee benchmark in a while and was pretty disappointed in this result. Top result ever is 76, lots of 66, 64, but 56 is an all time worst. I am sure that this result is because of my weight. Currently between 188-191 which is the heaviest I have ever been. That is reflected in the burpees, running and other gymnastics like pullups. Im going to get it back down to 170's where I perform the best.
