It was raining hard this morning so we went to the go-to rain day workout. In a small garage it is possible to get eighteen people through a sixty-minute workout with minimal equipment using this format. We only had five this morning so it was not a problem. Set the equipment up in a circle, or the best circular format you can, and start on the ski. Rotate every minute for sixty minutes.
Start with ten reps of everything and each round add a rep up to fifteen, then start to decrease a rep each round back down to eleven. That is a good sixty-minute workout. The rest minute is built in so you can keep the pace honest the whole way through. No one is standing around waiting on anything.
Alan is back from his trip. Ethan, Kim, Rusty, and only one dog today — Moose. Good to have a smaller crew sometimes. You just get after the work and get on with your day.
