35 Double Unders
My rounds: 7 unbroken, then 34, 32, and 26 for the last three.
No weightlifting today. Kind of an easy day with the untimed workout and light weight. Sometimes that's exactly what you need — movement without intensity, work without suffering.
The warm-up was just quality movement. No clock, no rush. T2B, goblet squats at 35 pounds, pull-ups. Just getting the body moving, working through full range of motion.
The double under intervals were the only real test. Every 1:30 for 10 rounds. 35 reps isn't much unless you're trying to go unbroken for 10 rounds. I made it 7 rounds before the rope caught my foot. Then it was 34, 32, and 26 for the last three. Steen stayed smooth for 8 rounds unbroken and took home the belt.
These are the days that keep you healthy for the hard days. Active recovery, skill work, movement quality. Not every day needs to leave you on the floor.
