Day three back from anniversary week. The body is starting to remember what endurance feels like. Forty-two minutes of constant work, six different movements, no breaks except the few seconds between stations.

EMOM workouts are pure psychology. Every movement looks manageable in isolation — 12 calories here, 8 windmills there. But string them together for three-quarters of an hour and they become something different. A test of pacing, breathing, and mental stamina.

The ski erg starts each cycle with explosive work. Kettlebell circles challenge your grip and core stabilization. The bike reminds your legs they're not done yet. Halos at 35 pounds test shoulder stability when everything is tired. The row gives you a chance to sit, but sitting on a rower isn't resting. Windmills finish each round with mobility and strength combined.

By minute 20, you stop thinking about individual movements and start thinking about survival. By minute 30, you're negotiating with yourself about effort levels. By minute 40, you're just counting down like New Year's Eve. When that final buzzer sounds, you remember why you love this kind of torture.

Three days back, three different challenges. Monday was strength and technique with a side of sciatic pain. Tuesday was simple endurance in freezing weather. Today was sustained work capacity. The body adapts, the mind strengthens, the consistency returns.

Anniversary week is officially over. Time to get back to the serious business of getting better every day at 5 AM.
