Remote Training – Fairhope, AL

Recovery & Mobility Focus:

  • Deck of Cards Workout: Scalable, bodyweight circuit

  • Wim Hof Breathing: Multiple rounds

  • Joe Hippensteel Stretching: Deep flexibility and recovery work

On the road for my God-son’s wedding. Took the opportunity to focus on breathwork, mobility, and staying consistent with movement through the deck of cards format.

Classic RRL hill route covering Riverview and Winding Way. Challenging and scenic.

Choice B:
42-Minute Cardio Split

  • 14 minutes Ski Erg

  • 14 minutes Assault Bike

  • 14 minutes Row

Varied monostructural endurance. Solid aerobic base training.
