With rain on the forecast again, I decided to flush out the lactic acid from Frogman's New Year with an original deck of cards.

This one is easy and a great travel workout, but I really do enjoy doing it with the group.  It is somewhat conversational but still, a lot of work.

Shuffle a deck of cards

Red cards = pushups

Black Cards = Burpees

Face Cards = 10

Aces = 11 or 1 as a scale

go through as quickly as you can.
