Warmup:

Box Breathing 5 minutes

30 overhead squats with PVC

10x each: Pushups, Situps, Dips, Pullups, Burpees


Skill: Jump Rope 3 minutes


Core: 300 Flutters

4 Rounds
3x Pull ups
5x Bench Press (95, 115, 135, 165)
10x Situps
Instep Stretch
Lat + Pec Stretch

Bodyweight Bench Press for Reps

Max Pull ups at Bodyweight + 25#


Workout D.

10 Minute Sandbag Getups @ 60#, for Reps
