This one was a bring and around the middle of round 2 the negativity started in my head. I was able to breathe and clear it by concentrating on just the next step, the next rep, getting through the next 12. Soon, I was on round 4 and cruising to the finish. My run was slower than I would have liked which put my time at a little over a minute slower than 8 years ago.

The whole group is little sore and it is Wednesday. On Wednesday we run. Today we traveled to a little hill nearby called Woodhill. The workout was simple. Run up and down Woodhill 8 times as fast as possible. Alan started off slow but passed everyone on the hills and even my super fast downhill Celtic War Run couldn't hold him off. He came in at 8:51 and I was 9:08. Our group goal is to get this under 8 minutes. The best ever recorded was 8:15 by Mike Drew. Will Kelley...where are you?
